Their rosato is something of an icon, the wine some of us reach for first when warm weather hits. This one is made from Canaiolo, a native red grape better known as a blending partner in Chianti, here given a starring role. The altitude keeps everything fresh and lifted. It's a serious but joyful pink with more depth
